Q: How long will it take to ship my order?

A : We ship most products within 3-5 days of receiving the order and payment

Q: How much will the shipping cost?

A: Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. We may from time to time offer free shipping as a bonus on our website

Domestic orders: Our standard shipping rates apply which begin from Rs 150 to 400 depending upon the volumetric weight the courier companies charge us. We may from time to time offer free shipping as a bonus on our website

International orders: A flat fee of INR 2599 is charged for shipping on all international orders outside India,  and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.The freight charges will be calculated at checkout. There will be no return or refund for any internationally shipped items.

International Customs and Taxation

Sometimes a customer has to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed the customer has to pay the additional fees.As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Offers: We may from time to time offer free shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid at the time.

Q: Could I change the shipping address of the order?

A: Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online. Mail it to us at contact@kolvi.in with your order number and the new shipping address. 

Q: What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Please ensure that you are accessible in the contact number provided during checkout. Our courier partner will attempt to reach out to you while delivering your package safely to you.

Q: What is your order cancellation policy?

A: If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.Please whatsapp / call us on +91-7014159299. 

For outright cancellations by you -

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation is after your product has shipped -

Incase the order is shipped, we do not accept cancellations.

If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Q: Do your offer cash on delivery? 

A: We currently do not offer COD. 

Q: Which courier partner do you use for your deliveries ?

A: All orders placed on Kolvi India website are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC and few others.

Q: What if I receive only part of my Order ?

Sometimes, your order maybe split to reduce delivery timelines. Split orders are marked as partially fulfilled and you will receive the remaining products in due course.
